Honda Jazz developed an annoying rattle when driven around left hand bends. Technician examined the car immediately but was unable to isolate the cause. Further investigation later in the day identified the possible cause as the exhaust which although serviceable had not been renewed since new. Replacement exhaust fitted and the problem was resolved. The car was left at the garage for a week while I was away on holiday and collected on my return. Great communication throughout.
